We record your name in our booking diary and keep your name, address and contact details on a paper booking form until you have checked-out, or the booking is cancelled.
We then dispose of the booking form by securely shredding it.
Your name, address and contact details are stored electronically in our booking system indefinitely, to facilitate repeat bookings, unless you ask us to delete this information.
