Absolutely lovely! An overnight stop as my sister's house was full, so I was booked in for bed & breakfast just for one night. Beautiful room, everything laid on, and excellent TV reception. So peaceful too!
Warm comfy and peaceful. Hectic days so a good place to come back to at the end of a hard day. A nice bed and shower room. Plenty of tea and coffee. Away from the main house - converted out buildings done in a rustic style. From car straight to your own front door. Would use again when in that location. Room very clean and comfortable. Friendly and exactly as described. Worked well.. No problems at all. Would happily stay there again. Rooms detached from house where owners stay. Quiet and peaceful with easy access to car park. No stairs!Clean, comfortable, welcoming, friendly and excellent value. I stayed in The Cottage Room for 1 night whilst away on business and was very impressed. The location has a lovely remote feel although it's only a couple of miles from the M5. The chap who greeted me was really friendly even though I arrived fairly late and the room was quaint, clean and tidy with an excellent refreshments tray, lovely hot shower and the bed comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable room, private bathroom and good facilities. A comfortable night in clean, good quality surroundings. Good value for money. We were impressed with the quality of the service, the facilities were of a high standard and the breakfast was delicious. We would recommend it to family and friends.The room was very clean and warm. The owner was efficient in sorting out the details. Excellent Bed and Breakfast. We were given a very warm welcome at Brambles Bed and Breakfast and were shown to an annex in the garden, the room was very well appointed with good decor, plenty of towels and a well stocked refreshments tray. Very welcoming B & B. Room was a clean and tidy would recommend staying as a great place to explore the surrounding areas. Good host. Easy to find with clear instructions. Host friendly, excellent breakfast. Room clean but bed linen dated. Room based above breakfast room which meant a lie in not a possibility on the day we stayed. Local pub very quiet but several restaurants in nearby towns. Very well run establishment. The place was in a lovely setting, the room was lovely, well furnished very clean. Everything to hand and the breakfast was excellent. Over all couldn't fault it.

Have stayed before and this is why we returned. Visiting National Trust Properties. Our visit and stay at Brambles Bed and Breakfast was perfect to our needs. We were able to walk to the local pub for an well presented evening meal that was good value and of plentiful portions. Breakfast the following morning was also good. The location was very tranquil and the accommodation most pleasurable and the room (and facilities) were very good. David is a great host. Friendly & accommodating, & eager to please. Size of room we were given was great. A good overnight stay. B & B was very clean, and very friendly. Room was furnished to a high standard & very clean, having good facilities. Breakfast was good. Lovely place, friendly welcome and service. Stayed for one night at Brambles to break up a journey to Cornwall. The place is convenient, just 5 minutes from the M5. The place is in a lovely and quiet rural location, very easy to drive past it so keep your eyes peeled. The owner, David, is very friendly and helpful, ensuring that you have a nice stay. The house is a lovely old building (early 1600s), beats staying in some "run of the mill" hotel room any day, plus is much cheaper!

The house also has great views looking out at miles of Devon countryside. Will definitely stay again if needing to stop in the area. In a very quiet place with great views. Bedrooms well fitted with comfortable beds. Owner is very friendly and breakfast is good. This is the best cottage out of two I stayed at... Only stayed at Brambles Bed and Breakfast cottage for two nights, as I arrived too early for other accommodation that had been organised for my occasion. Suffice to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This cottage has en suite style rooms, free internet, and centrally heated. The only drawbacks I was able to identify were, there was no wardrobe (in the room I had anyway...) and the bed was on the hard side of things (might be close to time to replace that one...) But these things were quite minor considerations as the room was very clean, well presented, quiet and comfortable. Located in a very quiet area as well. Do bring your GPS satnav if you have one as it can be a little tricky to find, but the place compares very favourably to the other farm-stay cottage I moved to afterwards. Well done to the owner... Countryside treat.

A very cute B&B, quiet with lovely views, feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere (a good thing) but not a far car journey to Tiverton. Friendly owner who is always on hand if you need him. Highly recommend! Clean, pretty and comfortable. We just had one night here on our way to Cornwall and did not book breakfast. We were in the Linhay annexe. We ate at the local pub (Redwoods Inn) and the food was good and the staff welcoming. We would be happy to return. Very clean and tidy accommodation. Good breakfast and directions to b&b second to none. A great stop over location. Regrettably we only stayed 1 night - en route to Cornwall. Would certainly use again and perhaps for a longer stay in this area. Great room, very clean. Lovely quiet location and cracking breakfast. What more could you ask for! Fabulous. Although we did not get to be in the room for very long, or enjoy the breakfast! we both thought the stay was welcoming, the room delightful and the location perfect! A quiet and friendly location, with pleasant rooms and good facilities. Cleanest and most welcoming B & B we have ever stayed in. I won't kid anybody that the road into this place is not a challenge, it is; one of those skinny English lanes but well worth the trip.
