Value for money. Just a few miles from the M5. We stayed in the house for 1 night in May to go to Devon show. It proved an excellent choice a friendly host and spotless accommodation. The bedroom was very well equipped, with a comfy bed. Everything we were looking for, for our overnight stay. Everything you need. Chose this place for a couple of days' break and very pleased with the choice. Fairly rural but not that difficult to find, especially with full instructions provided by hosts. We were in the very comfortable annex which was decorated to a high standard. Our breakfast was freshly cooked by a lovely local lady. We ate at the local pub on the first night which is 20 minutes walk down the lane. It was a great shame that the pub was so quiet because the food was excellent and far superior to the 'whatever and chips' pub down in the village. Happy guests. Stayed in Garden Room. Very comfy and cosy. Breakfast fantastic. Good location off the beaten track in a peaceful rural setting. Hosts Alison and Dave very friendly and attentive with good local advice. Cosy get away. Brambles cottage is a little off the beaten track but Alison the owner sends very detailed instructions to find it.

We were met in the car park and showed to a beautiful cosy room in the annex with old fashioned beams and a big comfy bed and well thought out decor. Our room looked out over beautiful Devon countryside and was very peaceful and relaxing. We paid extra for the breakfast but it was well worth it with lots of choice. Lovely little cottage at excellent price. Stopped here single night for business meeting. Just what was needed and hosts could not have been more helpful despite me arriving quite late. Location is down some narrow lanes but my satnav took me there perfectly and it is less than 10 minutes from motorway. Lovely self contained room. Excellent B and B. We were given the garden room which was a beautiful little self contained room. The location is out the way along very narrow country lanes so not suitable for walking to shops/ pubs etc but was fine for what we needed. Pillows were very hard, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Breakfast was not available on the day we stopped so check 1st. Thank you for the really positive feedback. We are only 1/2 a mile from the main road and less than 10 minutes from Tiverton town centre.

The M5 (Jct 27) and Tiverton Parkway Station are just 2 miles, offering easy access to Cullompton, Exeter, Taunton and Wellington and the A361 for Barnstaple, Exmoor and North Devon in general. Our local pub (The Redwoods Inn) is just over half a mile and guests regularly walk to and from (weather permitting). The Globe Inn and Merrimeade are little over a mile away plus there is a local Spar shop within a mile. We have had reports of SAT NAV systems advising strange routes (!) so we advise following the directions we provide for the last mile or so of your journey. We routinely offer a choice of rates 'with and without breakfast' however on a very few occasions breakfast is not available (for example during family holidays). It is always best to call to check for availability and our best rates or book online via our own website www.bramblesbedandbreakfast.co.uk There is choice of firm and soft pillows in every room. Overnight stay. Stayed in the middle of the three annexe rooms - as it has full size bath. Room very clean and well provided for with drinks and supplies. Very comfortable bed, hosts welcoming and stay just what we needed (room only - as not 'full English' breakfast couple!). Lovely family-run B & B.

We were in the Garden Room which was detached from the main house along with two other rooms. It was beautifully appointed and plenty warm enough even in the middle of December. The breakfast was delicious and ample and freshly cooked. The house itself is set in the quiet village of Whitnage within easy reach of Tiverton and the M5. We cannot wait to return in the summer to see the full delights of this rural setting. Warm and comfortable. We had the garden room which has a view to the country past the car park. Despite being at the end of the annexe it was beautifully warm, comfortable and well appointed. Our hosts were charming and efficient. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and promptly served. Tucked away in the countryside but about 7 minutes from the M5 so very convenient for travellers who don't mind some Devon country lanes. Lovely Place. Booked late and got a fantastic rate. The room was nice and spotless. We were met at arrival by the owner who was lovely, and had kindly provided a torch if you wanted a walk. The road in is narrow so the owners kindly provide details of a wider alternative. Great attention to detail. Lovely room, lovely view. I recently made a last minute booking into Brambles B&B.

The welcome was friendly the room was tasteful and cosy and full of thoughtful touches. With a wonderful view over the valley I couldn't have asked for more. Beautiful cottage like, but spacious bright suite. Our suite was spacious, very good light, comfortable beds, very clean and decorated in a lovely way. Also had a tiny lovely private garden outside. Good Wi-Fi and a terrific Scottish breakfast included. Couldn't have been better! Wonderful. We had a friend’s wedding last Saturday and booked into The Brambles B&B, Let me tell you the breakfast was to die for, Dave you can really cook, Alison, your hostess skills are very good, In our party was 2 young girls, and the hosts brought them into their home to keep them safe, The location is a bit out of the way, but if what Dave told us comes right, then that’s a tick for you, Accommodating. Having travelled to Canada and back to meet my girlfriend after booking with Brambles, I had forgotten to inform them what time we would arrive. On the day of checking in and arriving at Birmingham airport at 7am, the lovely people at Brambles were able to get our room ready at very short notice despite the email (which I had missed whilst being away) requesting a check in time in advance.
