Three days of peace. We could only stay three nights, much too short. Our room was immaculate and breakfast was virtually whatever you fancied from toast and assorted preserves to cereals or full English. Even all three if you could manage so much. The whole meal was accompanied by juices and tea or coffee. Having said our room was immaculate I have to tell you it was the Garden Room. We hope to visit again in the summer if we get to Devon as we are made to feel very welcome. 5* Wonderful Place to Stay. Was welcomed straight away and instantly made to feel warm and welcome even though I was an hour earlier than anticipated. I stayed in one of the Annex rooms and found it fantastic. Bed was comfy, the room and bathroom was spotless and the central heating played a part in a perfect night’s sleep. The complimentary basket with teas/coffees/hot chocolate and an assortment of snacks was a great touch. Wi-Fi in the annex was fast and I could tell that a lot of thought has gone into making this a great place to stay. Perfectly located close to the M5 and with beautiful panoramic views, Brambles B&B is in walking distance to a local pub for a good evening meal.

The hosts went above and beyond to make my stay a special one. Although I had to nip off in the morning my breakfast was quickly altered into a delicious bacon sandwich that gave me a great start to the day! Value for money, I think that you will struggle to find a better B&B north of the equator! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Lovely warm welcome and clean, country charm. I stayed here for three nights while working in Tiverton. The property is only 10 minutes from Tiverton but is quiet and peaceful on a country lane. There is ample parking and the hosts were very welcoming. My room was a double room in the annexe and was warm, clean and cosy. Breakfast was great, great choice and tasty. The room had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend the Brambles as a great place to stay. Best night’s sleep in ages! Stayed overnight with colleagues, we had all four rooms. The hosts couldn't have been nicer. The location was lovely and quiet once we eventually got there, it is off the beaten track, we had comprehensive directions but arrived in the dark and took a few wrong turnings along the way. I stayed in the garden room which was really comfortable and had one of the best night’s sleep in ages.

The rooms were immaculately clean, there was everything you needed and more. Well cooked breakfast with quality ingredients. We would definitely stay again if working in the area. Thank you Alison and David for a lovely stay. Wonderful . My husband and I stayed just the one night on our way to Cornwall. It was just lovely! Little narrow country lanes lead us to a beautiful house and the very sweet annex, where we would stay in the cottage room. Room lovely and clean, big double bed. Breakfast was wonderful, loads of choice and the hosts were very welcoming, polite, happy to help and chat. I would happily stay again & recommend this beautiful little b&b. Weekend Visit. We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The lanes leading to the property are narrow. But the B&B is located in a lovely secluded village. Peace and quiet, with a lovely spacious room located in the main house. The room facilities were perfect the usual coffees and teas were accompanied by crisps, nuts and sweets. And a very comfortable bed to boot. A lovely breakfast was also enjoyed in the morning, with a good range of cold accompaniments to a lovely full English. Even got two fried eggs cooked perfectly. The hosts are lovely and we got a very warm welcome.

We wanted to get the bus into Tiverton that left from close by Sampford Peverell. David very kindly gave us a lift, please don't just expect this when you stay, or even ask for it, but on our occasion this was certainly above the call of duty. A highly recommended B&B. Best place I've ever stayed! I had a really warm welcome from Alison and David. The room was so lovely and cosy and very relaxing. I wish I was staying longer than one night. The breakfast was perfect too! I would definitely recommend!! Clean, Comfortable and Friendly place to stay. Super place to stay, well cared for with lovely gardens for use of guests. Very clean and well equipped together with a generous hospitality tray containing lots of little extras. Comfy bed. Helpful hosts. Really good value. Excellent stay. Only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Very comfortable room with all amenities and great views, so quiet. Great breakfast freshly cooked. Very warm welcome from David and Alison. I had the cottage room which was very clean, had good internet connection, a good sized flat screen tv and a brilliant shower. They keep the garden in lovely condition and the countryside views are lovely.....I'm back working in the area for a couple of days for 9 weeks running so will definitely be back... Lovely Location & Super Hosts.This is a really lovely B&B with hosts that are very welcoming if you are planning to stay and are unsure about anything give them a call as they are happy to help. It is also a very beautiful spot with great country views. Thank you again. Fantastic B and B. I can't recommend Brambles highly enough. Lovely peaceful location and views, well appointed room. David and Alison are helpful and friendly. We have now stayed here twice, both times in the annexe building which is nice because you almost feel like there is no one else around. Garden room has fantastic views. David greeted us on arrival after a long journey, helped us carry our bags and had even put the TV and kettle on for us! Great breakfast with lots of choice. I only wished we could have stayed longer! Beautiful .
