Accommodation very comfortable, spacious, clean - everything one would need. The room was a home from home. 2. Hosts: David & Alison are very welcoming & accommodating 3. Breakfast: excellent eggs, bacon etc. Lashings of hot buttered toast 4.: Good for wedding at Huntsham Court (Huntsham, Tiverton). Excellent fish & chips at the Trout Inn (Tiverton)
Lovely cottage in lovely location run by lovely people. Good breakfast (menu). Good Wi-Fi. Good price.
Loved the room. Good for National Trust members, Knightshayes Court (Bolham, Tiverton) is very pretty.
The accommodation in the cottage had a lovely double aspect and very clean. The only disappointment was we could only stay for one night.

Pleasant couple who whilst friendly weren't over bearing. Picturesque views from the rooms. The rooms themselves were clean, tidy and well maintained with a fantastic variety of refreshments left daily. Very handy utility area with washing up facilities and washing machines. Great value for money and I would definitely stay again. Sadly, this was a working visit, so we did not visit any of the local attractions. Within 5 minutes of the M5 motorway however you would never know, you could not hear nor see any traffic.

Beautifully clean comfortable accommodation for our single night stopover. Would definitely use again for this type of stay. Lovely cooked breakfast (menu). I traveled with three female friends, and we were all very pleased with our choice. We had a very pleasant meal at the local pub which is close by.
A great place to stay for short stays in the winter and a superb place to stay for a week or more in the summer. Clean and warm accommodation and a comfortable bed. Breakfast (menu) is first class.

David and Alison are a very friendly couple. Always willing to help, very clean b&b, one of the better ones we stayed in. Good pub just short walk. Good links to M5 motorway (Junction 27), A361 and A38.
3 colleagues and I stayed for a week whilst on business in the Tiverton area and found both the owners and the facilities very good. I would recommend it to others who are looking for good hygienic accommodation at a very reasonable price. The lanes are a little bit confusing at first especially at night but if you remember to just turn right 3 times it will bring you out to the main road that goes to the M5 motorway (Junction 27) and all major routes. So, from the car park it's up the drive, turn right, at the fork turn right, and right again at the bottom of the hill, then straight to the main road.
The location is very quiet but only a few minutes from the M5 motorway (Junction 27). All the staff we met were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was very cosy, peaceful, restful and pleasantly decorated. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, sweets and mineral water were provided. Wi-Fi is available, and the television is a lavish size. At short notice my booking was changed to a double with no problems. Breakfast (menu) was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the garden. It really is worth the effort but be careful on the local lanes if you are unused to narrow roads. Recommend the Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) 0.8 of a mile away for evening meals and a choice of good beer. It's walking distance but take the torch provided as the lane is unlit. I was on business, so I don't know about the local attractions, but for example I think a few preserved railways are within a short drive.
We enjoyed our stay very much and found David and Alison to be very welcoming. The cottage is in an attractive location, and our accommodation was warm and comfortable. Restaurants. We ate at 'Flavours' in Wellington with friends who are local and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
A warm Devon welcome, friendly, with good food, we have already recommended the b&b to family and friends.
I was upgraded to beautiful room four poster bed large tv. Located near to Tiverton on route to many areas in Devon and West Somerset. Great accommodation home from home feeling with truly great hosts.
One night stay in a lovely quiet room, the Garden Room, clean, spacious and with a good en suite. Breakfast (menu) very good, fresh food and attention to detail. Vegetarian sausages available if required. Friendly and efficient couple who run it. I can highly recommend. Very good accommodation for the price. Would definitely recommend. We went to the Merrymeade (Sampford Peverell, Tiverton) and had an excellent meal and good ale. Again, vegetarians were well catered for.
This is a truly delightful place. Very comfortable, supremely well-appointed accommodation and very welcoming. Also, first class breakfast (menu).
Thank you, Dave and Alison, for your friendly attention and homely accommodation. We were particularly impressed by your integrity and genuine intentions, clearly shown in your help when we had problems with the initial on-line booking and later when we had to alter our plans. The room was all that we could hope for - very comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well equipped (even to rechargeable LED torch) and beautifully warm. We would recommend without reservation.
Beautiful accommodation with a great attention to details, especially for the price. Get the breakfast (menu) - it's definitely worth it! The National Trust property at Knightshayes Court (Bolham, Tiverton) was a nice stop on the way back home.

Absolutely beautiful room - really wish I could have stayed for longer!. The accommodation was quaintly decorated and was very clean. The two owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. Could not recommend this place enough!
It was really lovely and lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. I really enjoyed the breakfast (menu) too. I would love to stay again when it was not misty and raining. Don't be afraid of the lanes. Follow the directions and you cannot go wrong. There are many places of interest that are accessible from the b&b. The M5 motorway (Junction 27) is nearby. A trip to Exmoor is easy too as are all the coastal resorts both in North and South Devon

A very comfortable and well equipped room. Spotlessly clean. A warm welcome on arrival and also convivial conversation during a perfectly cooked breakfast. A regular "must stay" during my business travels. The lanes in from the main road are quite narrow in places but the directions provided by the hosts are accurate and so you shouldn't get lost at all.
Very friendly people and our accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast (menu) was also good. Would stay here again.
