The breakfast on offer was plentiful and tasty and the service friendly. I misplaced something in the room and it was seen as no trouble to send it on to me. Many thanks Brambles! The location was scenic and convenient to the event we were attending.Excellent stay at Brambles. We enjoyed an excellent stay at Brambles Bed and Breakfast. The whole experience was very good, with a quiet location, excellent room and welcome. Breakfast was good and would recommend this first class B & B. This from another B & B proprietor. Very friendly service and nice little extra touches made for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend - escape the overrated. Refreshing change from overrated, overpriced hotels. Convenient for stop over or base for touring North Devon. A warm welcome awaited our arrival using the directions provided. Impressed with the thought given to the small details that made our stay too short. Real value for money for singles, couples or families. Thanks David, see you again. Heaven on earth. Excellent food, superb room, wonderful location, will definitely be returning. We were very pleased with the little Lodge room in the garden. So nice to wake up and hear the birds and not roaring traffic.

Room was very clean and the owner was extremely helpful. Would like to use again. It took a bit of finding but once there plenty of parking. Room was clean and water was nice and hot. Slept well both nights and breakfast was excellent. Quiet location. It would have been nice to have been able to use a tv lounge in the main house to relax in. Room was to a very good standard and very comfortable. The location was great and we had a nice view of the countryside. The breakfast was excellent. Wonderful rooms. Excellent hospitality tray. David, the owner, was very friendly and made us very welcome. Enjoyed our stay, would be happy to stay again in the future. Lovely place to stay. We stayed at Brambles for just one night, and had a room in the main building (there is an annex with other rooms in too - can't comment on these). The room had an en suite bathroom next door, and was clean and comfortable. Our host was very welcoming and friendly, and we had a very lovely breakfast - particularly good because we could choose from a range of options, so we only got what we wanted. Excellent service. Good location for M5 motorway, beautiful location, attentive service and excellent breakfast. Welcoming & comfortable.

Stayed one night on way home from a cycling holiday in Brittany. David stayed up specially to welcome me at 10.15pm & locked my bike in his garage. Lovely room with 4poster bed & private bathroom with a bath, great! Chatted to other guests & David over breakfast. Most comfortable and good value for money. Owner very friendly & welcoming. Would certainly stay here again if I was in the Tiverton area. Lovely bed and breakfast in a fantastic location and the breakfast was delicious. A very pleasant little place, stayed in an annex, comprising bedroom and bathroom. Owners were lovely. Perfect location for my needs as was there for work purposes. Lovely thanks, would use again. Lovely house and gardens although we stayed in chalet beside house. Nice and clean, nice big shower. Felt as if we had our own wee house. Owners very friendly and approachable. Breakfast not available due to holidays but this did not detract from the overall experience. Weather was lovely so we could have our morning coffee sitting in the garden.

Would recommend, very reasonably priced. Brambles is set in a very rural, quiet location. The owners and staff are helpful and friendly but at the same time unobtrusive. The room we stayed in was not connected to the house and had a lovely view across the countryside. Reasonably comprehensive breakfast choice made to order. Although Brambles does not provide evening meals the local pub has a comprehensive and good value for money menu. I personally found the mattress rather firm, but this is a matter of taste as the proprietor said that some people had complained about a previous mattress being too soft. A shelf, possibly over the radiator would have been handy in the shower room. Just what I wanted. Owner kept in touch about my arrival time and nothing was too much effort. Football was on when I arrived and great quality and selection of refreshments in room. Room clean tidy and cosy. Really friendly and clean. The accommodation was separate from the house, allowing you to come and go as you pleased. Ample parking great value, very comfy with a full size bathroom, lots of really nice touches such as bottled water, bubble bath, biscuits, mints, a local pub serving amazing quality food just about 1/2 a mile down the road.

A really lovely quiet well thought out B & B. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Couldn't recommend the b&b highly enough. "Super" Comfortable, friendly, convenient. Just delightful. Wonderful country location. Warm welcome, lovely room (Amber Room) with 4-poster. Coffee/tea in the room, and biscuits. Bathroom was next to the bedroom. We were the only guests in the main house, so had full use of the bathroom. Nice garden, with facilities for children. Took a bottle of wine with us and enjoyed it sat in the garden. Sound night’s sleep. Never stayed for breakfast, but it smelt delightful! Nice to stay in a completely rural, beautiful setting. Very pleasant owner, with lots of local knowledge. Peace and quiet, with only the sounds of the country are bliss! Loved the friendliness of our host. We had a beautiful bedroom, with superb view. It is so peaceful with a good village pub a short walk away. Good breakfast. Very friendly, helpful owner. Comfortable, clean and warm accommodation. Everything you need for a short break. Nice little touches to make you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone looking for home from home comfort.
