Brambles Bed and Breakfast - Tiverton - Reviews - Page 4.

Nice room with nice little touches, comfy, good sized bed. Very good shower. Would stay again.Great Place For Over Night Stay. It was an overnight stay, as a break in our trip from Worcester to Camborne. Everything was clean and the room was comfortable. There was a bath with shower, so you had the choice of what to use. Next day, we were greeted by Dave and he was very friendly as he cooked breakfast which was lovely. Communication via email or phone was very good, and we were greeted with a smile by Alison on arrival. An ideal place for overnight stay. We stayed here to 'break up' a trip from Worcester to Camborne. It was an off the cuff booking and went through with no problems. We were latish due to traffic congestion, but Alison understood, as she had heard of the problems on the radio. The room itself was very nice and clean, and the bathroom had a bath with shower, so we had a choice. There was a substantial complimentary tray of teas, coffee & chocolate drinks, along with TV that had freeview. Also, there was free Wi-Fi. Directions to Brambles were very accurate, even though you would think that you were going wrong due to narrow roads, you would eventually find your way there.

Next morning, we were cooked a lovely breakfast (cooked as we wanted it and not just 'plonked' in front of us), by Dave, and there was a selection of cereals and fruit juices as well as yoghurts. Very friendly, attentive couple and nothing was too much trouble. Although we only stayed for one night we would stay again. A good location and good pub in the next village again very friendly. Bed comfortable but we would have liked a mattress topper on the bed. We all thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay. Set in a quiet hamlet in the country, it has a very relaxing feel to the place. Less than ten minutes from Tiverton town centre. The facilities were very clean and nicely decorated with the accommodation being a converted stable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a decent sized grassed area with child's house/slide/swings etc which was ideal for our child who had just spent 6 hours in a car. A cracking little pub that served great food and beer a short walk down the lane which was just what we needed after 6 hours in a car! In our group were grandparents, husband and wife and 3 year old child. Many extra, thoughtful touches provided for one's comfort. The quality of the furnishings, etc. in the room. The view from our room.

The delicious breakfasts. The friendly welcome. Friendly, quiet and comfortable. The directions we were sent as part of our booking were very clear and we were warmly welcomed when we arrived (right from the point of tentatively pulling up outside not quite believing we'd got to the right place, first time!). The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We had plenty of tea/coffee making equipment and biscuits and helpful information on the area. Free Wi-Fi too which made choosing a local pub for dinner very easy. Breakfast was tasty and served in a very friendly way. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, but not too over the top about it. We felt we could come and go as we pleased, but were always welcome and they were available if needed. A Surprising Place to Stay. A group of eight friends who stayed overnight, to be somewhere different for one of the groups 75th birthday. Brambles Bed and Breakfast was a delightful place to stop at. From the front, upon arrival you think that it is not going to suitable, but when you go around to the rear where the car park is located you soon change your mind. After checking in you are left to the peace and quiet and stunning view.

We took a drive (1 min) down to the local pub (Redwoods Inn) and had a great evening. Lovely secluded house. Relaxed overnight stay in beautiful surroundings. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Great coffee. Great location ticked all the boxes. Peaceful and quiet. Clean room, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Wxcellent in every way, the staff could not be better. The room was clean, warm and neat. A country area but and the M5. Clean and comfortable and serving the purpose. Only stayed one night but would happy to go back and spend more time in the area. Will certainly recommend to friends. The night sky was amazing! Stayed in the 4-poster room which was comfortable. Very friendly host and although we couldn't stay for breakfast, it certainly smelt good when we left! Good location-good room-good facilities plus good catering. Very quiet and dark location. Pleasant host. Quiet and refreshing location. A very nice place to stay. We stayed on a late room deal. We were made very welcome and would go back again. The local pub where we had our evening meal was good and staff very helpful. A south western oasis. An overnight stay on the way to visit friends in Devon. Brambles is a peaceful oasis, virtually a 'stones throw' from the M5 and the A361 . Clean, well-appointed rooms, a friendly host and a good breakfast. Was made to feel welcome, lovely place to stay.

The annexe was clean and spacious, directions in booking confirmation were very helpful, short walk to local pub, breakfast cooked to order, would definitely stay here again. Peaceful, lovely views. Friendly, comfortable & clean. We were only there for one night but the owners were very helpful and the room clean and comfortable. The pub at the end of the lane is very friendly and we had a good meal. We arrived late and left early so did not have time for Breakfast, but it was nice to have tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits in the room. Rural, quiet, pretty location. One night stay that was OK. We stayed one night. Arrived around 5pm to pick up the keys. Then arrived around 1am after the wedding to stay and left after breakfast the next morning. Comfortable room, attentive (but not too attentive) staff. Welcoming. Would recommend anyone to stay. Beautiful. We stayed at Brambles Bed and Breakfast for two nights and it was perfect in many ways. Beautiful room, views and Alison couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. Very relaxing few days staying in a lovely B&B with great friendly, helpful owners.
