Myself and my family enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights here, the rooms were amazing with so many extra touches it felt like a real home from home......the owners were super hosts and very accommodating of our specific needs and the breakfast (menu) was delicious:). There are stunning views at the rear of the cottage....I would definitely recommend to others and stay here again:)

Delightful accommodation and views, friendly people, all good including breakfast (menu) would stay again. Halberton Court Farm Shop and Swans Neck Cafe (Halberton, Tiverton) worth a visit, lovely walks along the Grand Western Canal Country Park (aka the Tiverton Canal) and horse drawn barge trips from Tiverton. Would recommend route 1 when driving to Brambles, other way very narrow in places.
Very friendly, lovely clean & comfy accommodation. Shame breakfast wasn't available for my stay, but I understand why and knew in advance. Hope to stay again and sample the brekkie!. The nearest pub is about 15 min's walk but does nice food. Perfect place if you want peace & quiet but be prepared to drive to find a choice of places to eat.
Nothing too much trouble for staff. Everything provided in the rooms. Lovely garden for relaxing with countryside views. For golfers a 3 par 9/18 hole course with driving range close by with helpful staff. Good Chinese restaurant in the nearby town of Cullompton. Close to quite a few National Trust houses and gardens.
Exceptionally clear directions to property. The Garden Room was delightful with lovely views, a comfortable bed and a huge walk-in shower. The hospitality tray was exceptionally good with plenty of drinks choice, bottled water and delicious biscuits and sweets. David and Alison were welcoming and friendly. We can hardly wait to stay there again. The Globe Inn (Sampford Peverell, Tiverton) restaurant has much character, helpful polite staff who are also happy and friendly and they serve delicious food. The Grand Western Canal Country Park (aka the Tiverton Canal) has a wide towpath and is peaceful. There is also a horse-drawn barge at Tiverton which is delightful.
After a long and tiring journey on the M5, a warm welcome and a smile on arrival, and such a beautiful setting was just what I needed, so much nicer than busy hotels on the motorways. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay there again. There is a pub 2 min's drive from the house which is very convenient, it's better than having to 'make do' with something inadequate from the motorway services. Owners Response: Just to clarify, our local pub. The Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) is 3/4 mile (1km) away - a 15-20 minute walk or just a few minutes by car.
Very friendly and helpful owners. The accommodation was spotless and cleaned every day. We would certainly come here again.
All we can say is excellent. Choose wisely from the large menu at the local pub.
Owners are welcoming and professional. The accommodation facilities are very good and breakfast (menu) is excellent. I had a great night’s sleep and would stay again when in the Cullompton, Tiverton and Wellington area. I was informed the local pub was one km away, I arrived late evening and after a long day did not fancy a walk so did not sample.

Great hosts made you feel very welcomed and at ease. The Tiverton Hotel was the venue for a 50th wedding anniversary, good food and facilities, only in the area for one night.

Wonderful place to stay and real good value for money. Alison and David are really friendly and would recommend staying here. Within walking distance there is a nice pub with good food. Short car journey takes you into Tiverton to explore other venues.
Lovely location, run by lovely people. Accommodation is excellent with those added extras.
Quality accommodation set in beautiful surroundings. I was lucky enough to stay in the Garden Room which had views over the surrounding countryside and the garden, and my only wish is that I was staying for more than just the one night. The room was furnished to a high standard, the bed very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and everything appeared to be newly refurbished to a high standard. The on-site owners were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was any trouble for them. If you want to experience the real Devon while staying in beautiful accommodation, then I highly recommend the Brambles. You'll get stunning views from the lovely garden, a warm welcome, it's within 5/10 minutes of the M5 motorway (Junction 27) so easy access to other locations in Devon, West Somerset and Cornwall. The National Trust property at Knightshayes Court (Bolham, Tiverton) is close by and absolutely worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our stay, and we would like to organize ourselves to come back in the future. Loads to see and do. We only saw a tip of the iceberg.
We enjoyed our stay at Brambles. Dave's delicious breakfasts were very much appreciated. The standard of our accommodation was excellent, and we didn't want for anything. Our only regret was we didn't have a car, but it was well worth the walk further down the lane to the pub you kindly recommended as we enjoyed our evening meal there. Thank you so much Alison and Dave. The Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) does evening meals and has an excellent varied menu, starters, mains and delicious puddings.

A bit off the beaten track but a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and include everything you might expect. The hosts where very friendly and breakfast (menu) were excellent, freshly cooked and set you up for the day. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The local pub, the Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton), serves a nice pint and has a full and varied food menu which should please most palettes. The small local church is also worth a visit for those who enjoy these buildings.
Excellent facilities. Very friendly proprietors. Would recommend slightly longer route to Brambles as shorter route was very narrow in places and winding.
Very convenient for M5 motorway (Junction 27). Easy parking. Very quiet. Comfortable accommodation and spacious bathroom. Good breakfast (menu). Would definitely stay again.
Pity I could not have had breakfast on the Monday morning, but I do understand the reasoning. Fresh milk rather than UHT would be preferred. Very pleasant stay. Thank you!
