From start to finish the welcome and facilities were excellent. The accommodation provided every comfort possible, and the team have thought of all the little luxuries imaginable for a really comfortable and relaxing stay. A useful welcome pack was provided with helpful hints where to eat locally etc.
Everything was nice and cosy. Is beautiful and very quiet. Perfect for a night stay for a business travel. Owners were very friendly and breakfast (menu) with lots of options and freshly cooked ones. Options for lunch / dinner are few within walking distance or a few minutes’ drive. Recommended for night sky observation.

Absolutely fantastic b&b, lovely owners, very clean and comfortable accommodation, fantastic breakfast (menu). Not far from Cullompton, Tiverton and Wellington, it’s in the countryside but only takes a few mins to get to and from the main road. Lovely setting and so peaceful.

David & Alison are excellent hosts and also had a warm welcome for us. We have stayed 4 times now so that speaks for itself. A short walk down the lane is an excellent pub which does wonderful food.
We had an excellent stay, friendly, attentive and very thoughtful. The breakfast (menu) was excellent, would highly recommend. The location is easy to get to from the M5 motorway (Junction 27). A super local pub within walking distance with a real fire. The hosts were excellent with a gluten free breakfast (menu) and even treats in the room were gluten free.
Very welcoming and made us feel at home. Recommend the Globe Inn (Sampford Peverell, Tiverton) for somewhere to eat.
The lane is narrow in places, but soon forgotten once you have arrived. On site parking (FOC). A warm greeting by your host. Lovely comfortable accommodation, with every facility. Great view over the Devon countryside freshly cooked breakfast (menu) to start your day. Our go to place for future visits.
Alison was the perfect host, friendly, interested in her guests and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything. We stayed in the Garden Room which has 2 large windows with lots of light offering wonderful views of the Devon scenery. The room was warm, cosy and clean. We can recommend Brambles to anyone visiting the Tiverton area and will definitely stay here again in the future.
Great location in deep countryside, no road noise or traffic. Nice friendly owners and nothing is too much trouble, would go to the Brambles every time we are in the Tiverton area. If traveling by car the satnav will get you there but through very narrow lanes with not many passing places, so we enter their lane from the other end passing. The Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) EX16 7DP. This pub will also serve food.

Excellent clean facilities, attentive hosts and wonderful breakfast (menu). Lovely extras in the room such as snacks and herbal teas. Spotlessly clean accommodation. All arrangements were checked in advance by the host and directions to the property were detailed and precise. Would recommend to others.

Excellent stay, good welcome on arrival, good location near Tiverton just off the M5 motorway (Junction 27), spotless room, comfortable and heated, phoned and sent excellent direction, easy parking, free Wi-Fi, room had plentiful tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets. Good shower and loverly garden with views. Thoroughly recommended and will definitely stay again. Follow direction to property as given, plenty of things to do in the area, cycling, fishing, walking etc. Ideal location for Tiverton Parkway railway station and just 2 hours by train to London.
From the moment we parked the car, we were welcomed by the very warm and friendly hosts. The room and bed were wonderful - cosy, comfortable and very clean and we felt straight away at home. The full English breakfast (menu) the following morning was to die for. I can thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking to stay in one of the prettiest areas in Devon and West Somerset. There is so much to see in this part of the world, but the Tarr Steps (Dulverton) and the Exmoor National Park should be firm favourites to visit by any nature lover.

I have stayed at Brambles b&b many times over the years and it's becoming like a home from home. Ask about the local walks which will give you an appetite before the full English breakfast (menu)!

Alison and David can give all the information about the local area (Cullompton, Tiverton and Wellington), Devon and and West Somerset..

Fantastic stay! Very clean and cozy accommodation, very comfortable bed and the fluffiest towels!. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind - we only wished we could have stayed longer.
Lovely welcome upon arrival. Room very cosy and plenty of choice of drinks. Nice that fresh milk was provided in a thermal jug. Breakfast (menu) was excellent with plenty of choice. Would recommend the Globe Inn (Sampford Peverell, Tiverton) and also the Italian restaurant Ponte Vecchio (Tiverton). The Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) is closest but although the food was good, did not have the atmosphere or as much choice as the others.
Hosts were very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast (menu) which set us up for the day. Enjoyed the lovely view from the garden and dining room. Our accommodation was very comfortable containing everything we could want and more. Walked down to the 'local' about 3/4 of a mile. We didn't eat there but the food which was brought out looked very inviting. The locals we spoke to were very pleasant and chatty. A lovely part of the country which we will no doubt visit again.
Alison was very helpful & the website gave lots of information that was extremely handy. The bed & room was very comfortable & was well stocked with everything one would need. Was quiet & picturesque.
