Clean, attractive room with great range of tea / coffee options available to make in the room, plus small snacks, wine glasses, usual shower wash and even a spare flannel. Towels were soft and fluffy, shower was powerful and breakfast (menu) was lovely, either cooked or a range of cereals, fruit, pastries and yoghurt. View from the garden over the fields and hills beautiful. Friendly hosts, who were very helpful with suggestions or information on what to do. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! For food one pub is walkable from the b & b, and was fine, though there are others a little further afield which offer more atmosphere, variety and modern feel. The Lost Kitchen (Chettiscombe, Tiverton) is definitely worth a visit - great pizza and wonderful location. The Old Well Garden Centre (Waterloo Cross, Cullompton) is close-by and has so much to offer it's definitely difficult to come away without buying anything. Tiverton Castle is interesting, as is Tiverton Museum, and the National Trust properties nearby are always lovely.

Everything first class. Lovely hosts, room, shower, breakfast (menu) all top notch. We ate at. The Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) in the next village, about a 10-15 minute walk away.
Dear Alison and David What a lovely home, delightful garden and wonderful visiting birds. Thank you for your attention to detail and making me so welcome. May your Brambles bare much fruit and no prickles. I hope I will be able to return one day.

Lovely warm welcome from the hosts and everything we needed and more, thank you. As someone who is gluten free, it was wonderful to be so well catered for. Friendly welcome at the Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) which is within walking distance for an evening meal. Good value for money.
Alison and Dave are perfect hosts, and the garden is a wonder to behold. Our accommodation was clean and very comfortable. This quiet place is the perfect tonic to a hectic world. We enjoyed our stay very much. The following National Trust properties are worth visiting Killerton (Broadclyst, Exeter) and Knightshayes Court (Bolham, Tiverton). After a while you get used to the country lanes!
Lovely place to stay situated in a small village. Will stay there again when working in the Tiverton area. Local pub 3/4 of a mile down the road.

Another very enjoyable stay. David and Alison are always so welcoming. Some lovely walks along the Grand Western Canal Country Park (aka the Tiverton Canal). Delicious food at the Canal Tearooms and Garden in Tiverton. We always enjoy visiting the farm shop and cafe at Halberton as well.
We had a fantastic stay in the wonderful b&b, from the onset Alison and Dave were very welcoming and we were in awe of their beautiful garden. Alison and Dave were happy to share their gardening knowledge and their hard work certainly showed in the array of colour all around the garden. The accommodation was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was fantastic and we could not have asked for a more peacefully stunning location. Great breakfast (menu), all freshly made to order, and it was an absolute treat. Thank you both so very much.

I think your bed and breakfast is the best we've ever stayed at, and I hope that we stay with you again before too long. We arrived exhausted and stressed and left feeling relaxed and uplifted. Your home is exquisite and welcoming and the b&b rooms just delightful and so comfortable. Thank you so much Alison and Dave, you were just what we needed. We ate at the nearby Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) and liked it very much, friendly and great food. We also visited Knightshayes Court (Bolham, Tiverton), which is fabulous.
Beautiful location. Spotlessly clean. Superb breakfast (menu). Very friendly hosts. We will return when next in the Southwest. Nice walk down the hill to a very traditional style pub in the local village. Good pub food, we enjoyed our meal.
Excellent location. Great views. Owners very friendly and helpful. Accommodation clean, comfortable and all the required items, towels, hairdryer, tv, coffee, tea etc. Highly recommended.

A really lovely place to stay and would absolutely stay again. The couple who run it are incredibly attentive, really helpful and also helped us out when our motorbike wouldn’t start by jumpstarting us. If ever we are passing that way again, wouldn’t hesitate to book in.
Great quiet location and was really easy to book. Communication was excellent and had great recommendations for both eating out and traveling to and from the place.

Very friendly owners, who sent us excellent directions on how to find them, were very knowledgeable about Devon and West Somerset (Cullompton, Tiverton and Cullompton) and places to visit and things to do locally, there breakfast (menu) was excellent and we would highly recommend this b and b to others

We have stayed at Brambles a number of times, so that speaks for itself self. Excellent country pub a short walk down the lane.

A rather good b&b. Warm and welcoming host in Alison, clean accommodation, comfy bed, lovely garden, delicious breakfast (menu) with a wide choice including warm pastries. Brilliant place to stay on the way to Cornwall or further into Devon. The Lost Kitchen (Chettiscombe, Tiverton) is excellent.
Alison and David are very welcoming and cannot do enough for their guests. Lovely location, rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for your stay. We stay regularly.

It was perfect for us as we had an event at Magelake (Uffculme, Cullompton), we couldn’t have had a warmer welcome, the bed was super comfy and the room filled with everything you could wish for, mini cheddars!!!!! Breakfast (menu) was spot on, one of the best b&b’s we’ve stayed in for a long time. We asked for a recommendation for food and were directed to the Ponte Vecchio (Tiverton) Italian restaurant and it was great. A visit to Knightshayes Court (Bolham, Tiverton) is a must.
