Lovely welcome, and breakfast was fabulous! Very welcomed by the host, thank you very much. Had lovely evening in, and went to Redwoods Inn for dinner - that was a lovely local pub to go to. Breakfast was gorgeous - made to our liking. Thank you. Very clean, friendly, quiet - ideal for overnight stays. Wonderful views of the countryside. Comfortable B&B. We stayed there for one night and found it comfortable and warm. However the breakfast in the morning was more than adequate compensation offering a wide choice which was freshly prepared. Home from home. Recently returned from a 3 day stay at Brambles Bed and Breakfast. The overall feeling we had was of being 'home from home'. David and Alison the proprietors were really friendly and always ready with a chat on our return from a day out. The tea/coffee/milk (and mints) were refreshed for our return. Breakfast was good (my husband wholly recommends the Full English). Look forward to our next stay. Delightful weekend away. My husband and I visited Devon for a wedding and booked two days at Brambles Bed and Breakfast. I can quite honestly say that this B&B was a little gem. Very easy to find and in a beautiful scenic location .

We stayed in the Garden Room which was cosy, light and comfortable. David and Alison were great hosts and take pride in the little business they run. Cooked breakfast was wonderful and set you up for the day. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Devon!!! Garden Room had great views Countryside Retreat. Tucked away down narrow country lanes we received a very friendly welcome from the family running this B&B. Overall we were very happy with our stay, the room was comfortable, clean and well presented in a beautiful rural location. A few simple changes would take this property from very good to excellent. A very pleasant stay and good value. We just spent two nights at Brambles, which we felt was very good value. Although we'd requested the room in the cottage, it was unavailable, so we stayed in the Garden Room in the annex and were pleased that we had. Although it was not a large room, it was pretty, with a handsome and very comfortable bed, excellent linens, and good pillows. The room had an up-to-date en suite bathroom with a generous shower. We had our own door directly outside and close to the parking area. We also had two large windows looking out on the garden and parking.

Our communications by email were very good and David and Alison were excellent hosts, who try hard to please. The location was convenient for exploring this part of Devon. We were able to find Brambles following our detailed map of the area. Perfect for a mini break. A little bit off the beaten track, but lovely and quiet country cottage. Room was nicely decorated and furnished with flat screen TV and Wi-Fi internet access, with kettle to make tea or coffee. Lovely power shower in the en suite bathroom. Plenty of parking for guest vehicles. Great breakfast and really nice people. Wonderful host, home comforts and beautiful views of the countryside. We were staying to visit relatives, and Brambles Bed and Breakfast was well-placed at less than a mile away. Warm, clean, comfortable and bang in the right place. The welcome was friendly and low-pressure. The rooms were warm, clean, well-appointed and private. Comfortable facilities, attentive and very friendly service. It's address is in the book in case I need accommodation in the future in the Tiverton area. Lovely homely room, and warm! Booked room only as I needed an early start. Seemed unaffected by the recent huge flooding problems locally.

Very welcoming stay. I stayed at this B&B with my 1 year old and was made to feel very welcome. The room was a nice size and I could easily fit the travel cot next to the bed. Everything was very clean and the bathroom towels were lovely & big. The tea, coffee & biscuits in the room were also a nice touch. Excellent Value and Service. Couldn't fault this as a clean, comfortable B & B with good service and great breakfast. They pay attention to detail here when it comes to customer service. Would definitely use again. Very pleasant little guest house. Comfortable, extremely well-kept rooms. A good base for exploring the Tiverton area. Local pub serving excellent, reasonably priced food. Good and clean. This accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Local pub very friendly and the food is good and Brambles provide torches if you want to walk it ( about 15 minutes). Breakfast was of high quality. Rooms are in converted stable type accommodation and very smart and well appointed. Pleasant surroundings. Easy to find just off the motorway. Welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the lovely Garden Room, which had a lovely view. A cracking breakfast to start you off for the day.

All round great value for money and would highly recommend. Very warm welcome and very clean and tidy accommodation. Comfortable bed and pleasant night sleep. 5 star. Thank you. Ticked all the boxes! A quiet warm and comfortable room and a lovely breakfast on our journey westwards. A lovely hot bath and peaceful surroundings. Good instructions from the M5 even in the dark! Lovely in every way. Thank you for everything. We had a really nice stay and really want to come again. The omelette with cheese was awesome. The lovely rooms, the best facilities and the whole ambience. Welcoming hosts, good breakfast. Everything was excellent. I did like the way this place is managed, nothing is too much trouble, in respect of making us feel welcome... Great place to escape the routine. Great place to stay. Always friendly and welcoming. Very appealing place to stay with reliable Wi-Fi and homely feel to rooms. Hair dryer available in room with luxurious bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities given in room with water bottles. This is my second visit and I plan to book again this year. Highly convenient just off the motorway and ten minutes from Tiverton but feels like in the heart of the countryside.
