What a charming little b&b. My partner and I stayed in the Brambles for just one night. From the moment we arrived we were made so very welcome by the owner. This B&B was just perfect. Breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh just for us. Wish we could have stayed longer, but alas it was only a flying visit. Will certainly stay here again if we come back to Devon. Thank you for your very warm friendly like home approach. Oh and the bed was comfy too. Absolutely Perfect! What an absolute gem of a place! We were lucky enough to get the Garden Room and my goodness, what a bargain! Such a lovely room, and so comfortable. The weather outside really was dreadful, but we were warm and toasty, with no hint of the storm outside affecting us. The problem we had finding the place was mostly due to my misreading the very detailed directions! The welcome was very friendly without being intrusive or gushing. We opted to sort our own breakfast on the road, so can't comment on that side of things, but have no reason to believe the service wouldn't have been the same high standard. We would ( and already have) highly recommend Brambles to other people. Absolutely Perfect Get-Away.

Me and my partner booked and stayed here for one night just as a little get-away and relax time away from home. Really enjoyed our stay, couldn't have asked for a nicer place. Very welcome, warm and cosy. Will definitely be recommending. Very quiet and subdued and very relaxing. Plenty of tea and coffee, even biscuits as a welcome! Everything we needed, was absolutely perfect. Wonderful. Stayed here whilst attending a local family event and it was delightful. Would definitely recommend, our kettle had even been freshly boiled! Room was clean and welcoming, lovely on the wet and dreary day that we arrived. Great breakfast and friendly owners. What a delight. We were a bit early, but allowed to check in. Lovely room. They offered to let us use their laundry facilities, which we gratefully did. Met the children and we chatted with them and watched their bike riding skills. Very clean, very quiet, good value. Make sure you get the instructions on how to get here. They recently revised them to make the route clearer. We would stay here again. A perfect stay. We stayed at this B and B for one night recently on our way to Cornwall and I think it is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Our room was in the annex, it was very quiet,clean and comfortable and can't be faulted. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and provided us with an excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. A Gem of a Find. Received a warm welcome by the owner. We visited for a family wedding in the area & it proved an excellent base with the rooms giving us plenty of room to get ready etc. Rooms spotless, a very enjoyable breakfast & host very accommodating. Would recommended to anyone looking in that area. Little gem. Beautiful. Found this and was very pleased. Booked a couple of nights room only and very pleased. Nice owners. Very clean accommodation. Quite location. We will definitely use this one again. Add to my list of bb to use. Excellent. We arrived promptly at 3.30 and was greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. We were looking for a remote location to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet! The room was spotlessly clean and all round excellent value for money!!! Excellent. Simply the best? Well I can't say as I have not stayed in every b&b in England but I have stayed in many and this is hard to beat. Stayed before in one of the annex rooms which was nice.

Owner apologised for putting me in main house this time but the lovely 4 poster bed, the quiet were just what needed on busy two day working trip. And the bed, most comfy ever slept in. Good selection of drinks and biscuits in room and a really, really nice breakfast. Owners could not be more polite. As I say really hard to beat. Lovely hidden b&b. Booked on late rooms as a stopover down to Cornwall. printed directions from brambles which was needed and easy to follow. the rooms were in a annexe to the house and were clean and inviting. breakfast was in the main house which was really nice. Brambles bed and breakfast. Really lovely time. Lovely place very attentive staff. Great cooked breakfast. Very rural and quite. We had the Garden room with an extra bed for our daughter. Good place to explore Devon. Added few extra dates at short notice and very good about it. Bargain on LateRooms.com, beautiful setting. Stayed one night en route to Plymouth. Very friendly owner. There's a golf driving range and three pubs nearby - not much else - although you can always drive to Tiverton. We didn't have breakfast (booked room only) so can't comment about that. Lovely room. We booked a single night in the Brambles B&B as we were visiting somewhere nearby. The room was spacious with a nice en-suite bathroom in the main cottage. We were unavoidably delayed by accidents on the M25, so we called ahead to check that a late arrival would be OK. The response from the owner was a little curt but he did accommodate us and the following morning apologised for being short with us the night before. Quite understandable in the circumstances and I doubt we were the first (or will be the last) late arrivals. The directions and details were good though as the cottage is tucked away down some very narrow lanes. Out-of-the-way gem. I stayed here on an overnight business trip and found it excellent. The proprietor, Dave, was very helpful when it came to turning my pickup and trailer round in the car park; although it would be plenty big enough for cars. Unfortunately, I was too tired for the half-mile or so walk to the pub, so cannot comment on that.
