The Brambles offers guests a great breakfast (menu) after a good night’s sleep in a very pleasant room set in a well-kept garden with open views of the Devon countryside and the occasional rabbit. Both Alison and David have very gregarious natures, and these add immeasurably to the enjoyment of a stay at Brambles. Nice place to spend a few days in a relaxed enjoyable no nonsense atmosphere. The Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) down the lane offers "proper" well-cooked well-seasoned food, no fuss just nice food in a great atmosphere where people actually talk to strangers.

David and Alison were lovely hosts, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Couldn't fault the standard of accommodation, or the garden and countryside view from our window. Breakfast (menu) was promptly served and delicious. The location was beautiful but could have been quite difficult to find except for the detailed directions provided by our hosts. Visited National Trust Knightshayes Court (Bolham, Tiverton) - even in the rain and off-season it was well worth the visit.
Lovely quiet location and A1 for all of, the above. Nice pub in nearby village.
Very comfortable. Friendly welcome. Tea and biscuits in the accommodation. My only reservation was that I am not a fan of duvets and would like the option of sheets and blankets.
David & Alison were very friendly and welcoming. A mine of information about the locality and it was a lovely quiet road for sleeping.
We really enjoyed our stay thank you. From our point of view, we wouldn't change a thing everything was perfect for our long weekend. Breakfast (menu) was lovely and caters for all tastes. Dave and Alison are a very warm welcoming couple who take pride in the service they provide we enjoyed our stay and will return again. It is a very quiet and peaceful area.

Wonderful. Couldn't ask for more, felt very welcome. Room comfy and clean. Excellent tea tray with plenty of choice. Breakfast (menu) very tasty and cooked to order. Local pubs fine. Plenty of choice.
An excellent b&b, Alison and David were very helpful. It was 8.50pm when I arrived, David came down to the car park with a torch and showed me to my room. The accommodation was lovely and comfortable. The tea tray was excellent with plenty of tea bags, coffee, milk & hot chocolate. Breakfast (menu) was lovely and I was offered gluten free bread for my toast as I have a gluten sensitivity. A very personal feel and as a lone female traveller away on business I felt safe.
Stayed there several times, just top class, impossible to find better.

Thank you for a lovely stay, a warm cosy room generous tea and coffee making facilities and a first class breakfast (menu). What else could anyone wish for. We would love to return on our next visit to the area. We had a very nice meal in the Thai restaurant in Tiverton.

Wow what a wonderful place!. The owners are delightful, friendly people. Every detail attended to. The beds comfortable, the breakfast (menu) delicious. I can't praise them enough! We will be booking any friends and family here in the future.
We arrived on a very chilly night to a warm welcome and pre-heated, beautifully prepared accommodation that was full of thoughtful touches. Breakfast (menu) was as varied as anyone could wish in a lovely room with views. In our experience on the value for money aspect, it probably does not get much better.
Beautiful bed and breakfast, lovely friendly service you could not ask for any more, excellent a 5* rating in my opinion. Stay was short so did not see surrounding places.

Great selection of teas and coffee in the room with mints, crackers and peanuts. Water was hot and didn't take long to warm up. Clean accommodation and bathroom, but the little touches were the best... Soft and fluffy towels and friendly service. The breakfast (menu) was delicious.

Simple but effective touches, such as returning to your room on a bleak evening to find the bedside light switched on. Very comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities. Looking forward to my return visit in November and January. Wish I had found this place years ago.
