Brambles is run by such a friendly helpful couple. They seem to have really thought through all the things that people might need to make their stay comfortable. Not only do they provide a kettle in your accommodation but also an excellent selection of teas and coffees and even snacks! . The breakfasts (menu) are great too with fruit and yogurts available as well as the delicious cooked breakfast. Make sure you take the excellent advice of the owners on the route to the premises because, by the nature of its rural setting, the roads are narrow in places but the view from the garden are beautiful and worth the effort. The pub / restaurant, the Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton)' is quite close and provides the same friendly service and vast range of tasty meals.
Very friendly helpful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made our 3 night stay a pleasure. Excellent. We would definitely stay here again. We cannot praise our hosts enough. Visit the museum in nearby Tiverton. Visit Exeter Cathedral.
What a great b&b location is rural, but directions given were easy and concise, rooms are way above average with some loving touches. Breakfast (menu) is worth the booking on its' own. The staff (owners) are at the top of their game, and it shows. The local pub is close by, and the food is of a higher than average standard at very reasonable prices.

A great little b&b which is very handy for weddings at Huntsham Court (Huntsham, Tiverton). Very welcoming owners who are incredibly helpful especially if you need to check in a bit early to get to a wedding. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast (menu) was great.

Great place to stay, staff very friendly and helpful, clean place, room cleaned every day, and a great breakfast (menu). Pub just down the road, 20 minutes to Exeter, Tiverton 3 miles, and you can go horse riding which is about 40 minutes. The place itself is lovely and quiet and has a great view.
Beautiful rooms that are fully equipped with all you need. Stunning location. Local pub serves huge plates of food!
We loved our stay it was quiet, relaxing with beautiful scenic views and breakfast (menu) was great we couldn't have asked for more. We travelled to Exmoor Zoo (Bratton Fleming, Barnstaple) and enjoyed some of the animal interactions. Torquay is about an hour away where you can get cream teas galore and see the English Riviera. Plenty of other attractions for children and families or just couples ranging from fun days to educational.
Lovely, warm welcome, helpful information about the locality, very comfortable accommodation with super views and excellent facilities. Pleasant little pub in the nearby village, with an attractive menu (although I didn't actually have a meal there).
A nice greeting from Alison who showed us to our accommodation. Would have preferred a separate shower, but apart from that, there was everything in the room you could have expected. Had a really good freshly cooked full English breakfast (menu) the next morning. Couldn't have asked for more and would recommend this b&b. Thank you Alison and David for a very brief but enjoyable stay. Hope to visit again. Follow the route given by the hosts rather than your sat-nav.

Although I enjoy it, travelling and staying in new places alone can sometimes be daunting. I was nothing but comfortable at the Brambles and will happily return there in the future. It was a fabulous find! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our second stay here en-route to Cornwall. Excellent value for money, and our hosts were excellent company throughout our stay. A 5 star breakfast (menu) was much appreciated. Make sure you follow directions given by the hosts on recommended route to site is best information I can give, but well worth it.
Very pleasant hosts!
David and Alison are warm and friendly, giving a ‘home from home” feel to Brambles. A hidden gem in Devonshire countryside. The Globe Inn (Sampfordd Peverell, Tiverton) has a good selection of food and drink in very pleasant environment which is easy reach of Brambles. Tiverton, we have found, offers lots to see and do, easy access to several National Trust properties in the vicinity but also is a central location for many seaside trips.
Really enjoyed staying. Everything needed was there and breakfast (menu) was superb. Very friendly welcome. Would definitely go back again if in the Cullompton, Tiverton and Wellington area. Use the route to arrive that is advised rather than following a sat nav.
The setting is quiet and picturesque. Alison and Dave have every reason to be proud of the service and attention to detail that they offer. The accommodation was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast (menu) delicious. Thanks for a lovely stay. The pub just down the lane offers good food in a typical rural pub setting.
A really excellent bed and breakfast, with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom was a peaceful retreat after some gruelling house clearance. Try the Redwoods Inn (Uplowman, Tiverton) on the way to Brambles, as the food was great. I would also recommend the Globe Inn (Sampford Peverell, Tiverton) and the Halfway House (Willand, Cullompton).
A wonderful overnight stay, top value for money too. The owners, David and Alison were very friendly and accommodating, top breakfast (menu)!. They went out of their way to look after us and make us feel welcome in many different ways. Cosy and very clean accommodation and a good bathroom.
Very good facilities. Good location, quiet, a very good stay. Easy access to North Devon, South Devon and West Somerset.
Really enjoyed my stay at Brambles. Lovely and quiet, warm and cosy. The bed was comfortable and everything thoughtfully laid out for my arrival. The kettle had even been boiled! Only thing I would change is the pillows which were too hard / large for me, so I used one of the small cushions instead. But everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.
